Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At USSTILLTHEPROBLEM, we strive to ensure transparent and fair policies for all customers. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is strictly not permitted.
All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee of 6.9% + $1.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after delivery, whichever is later.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging materials.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:
- Item not delivered within guaranteed timeframe
- Item received damaged or incorrect
- Verified supporting evidence is provided
Refunds for personal preference or change of mind are accepted only after return approval and at the customer’s expense.
Refund processing occurs only after inspection and approval of returned items.
4. Replacement Policy
If a shipment fails due to carrier-related issues, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
If failure is caused by incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Strict Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds or returns will be granted for:
- Orders affected by incorrect shipping information
- Packages marked as delivered by carrier tracking systems
- Unauthorized returns
- Pre-order or custom products (unless defective)
- Losses due to customs, weather, or force majeure events
6. Undeliverable Packages
If delivery fails due to customer-related issues, we will attempt contact via email.
Failure to respond may result in return, disposal, or abandonment of the package without liability on our side.
7. Customs & Import Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for understanding and complying with local customs regulations.
We are not responsible for customs delays, fees, or refused deliveries.
